滑石粉的2种改性方法与滑石粉/LDPE复合材料的力学性能

摘  要: 研究了滑石粉改性剂———环氧化天然橡胶胶乳ENRL-25和酞酸酯偶联剂NDZ-201的用量、改性滑石粉的填充比例及DCP(过氧化二异丙苯)对滑石粉/LDPE(低密度聚乙烯)复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明:未改性滑石粉(改性剂用量为0时)会降低复合材料的力学性能,而改性滑石粉可改善复合材料的力学性能;ENRL-25对滑石粉的改性效果优于NDZ-201;滑石粉与改性剂的最适比例[m(改性剂)/m(滑石粉)],ENRL-25为7.5%,NDZ-201为1.5%;当ENRL-25改性滑石粉的填充比例[m(滑石粉)/m(LDPE)]达到10% 时,复合材料的综合力学性能仍优于纯LDPE的,且以填充比例为5% 左右时的综合力学性能为最优;DCP不能明显改善以ENRL-25改性的滑石粉/LDPE复合材料的综合力学性能,但可显著改善未改性滑石粉/LDPE复合材料的综合力学性能,使填充了5% 未改性滑石粉的复合材料的综合力学性能仍达到纯LDPE的水平。 The effects of the dosages of epoxidized natural rubber latex (ENRL-25) and titanate coupling agent (NDZ-201), the mass ratio of modified talcum powder and DCP on the mechanical properties of talcum powder/LDPE composites were studied. The results revealed that the non-modified talcum powder reduced while the modified talcum powder improved the comprehensive mechanical properties of talcum powder/LDPE composite. The modified talcum powder/LDPE composite had better mechanical properties than the non-modified talcum powder/LDPE. ENRL-25 was better than NDZ-201 in modification and their best proportions were 7.5% and 1.5% respectively. The DCP failed to improve the mechanical properties of the modified talcum powder/LDPE composite but remarkably improved those of the non-modified. The mechanical properties of the composite still reached the level of the pure LDPE when the mass ratio of the modified talcum powder was 10%, but were optimum when the mass ratio was about 5%.
