摘　　要： 以 1 0日龄鸭胚为试验载体 ,检验 3种消毒剂对鸭肝炎病毒 (DHV Ⅰ )野毒株的杀灭效果。将一定剂量的DHV Ⅰ感染鸭胚尿囊液分别与四烷铵络合碘、二氯异氰脲酸钠、百毒杀(双链季铵盐类消毒剂 ) 3种消毒剂的不同浓度混合作用后 ,接种鸭胚继续孵化 ;计算鸭胚死亡比例 ,测定各种消毒剂对DHV Ⅰ的杀灭效力。结果显示 :0 .0 4%的二氯异氰脲酸钠能有效灭活DHV Ⅰ ,显著降低试验鸭胚的死亡率 ;显示了较好的消毒效果 。 day-old duck embryo as the vector was used to dectect the killing effect of 3 kinds of disinfectants against DHV-I,with different concentrations of siwananluohedian,Erluyiqing Niaosuanna,Baidusha against DHV-I,Then counted the death rate of duck embryo,the result showed that 0.04% Erluyiqing Niaosuanna was the best effective disinfectant .
