摘　　要： 猪圆环病毒 2型 (PCV2 )感染可损伤猪的免疫系统 ,引起感染猪的胸腺萎缩、T细胞和B细胞数量减少 ;细胞因子的表达量改变 ,如IL 10的量上升 ,IL 8的量明显下降 ,IFN γ量减少。同时 ,PCV2感染的靶细胞在胎儿期是心肌细胞、肝细胞和巨噬细胞 ,而出生后只有巨噬细胞。因而推测猪感染PCV后 ,机体的免疫力下降 ,感染猪处于亚健康状态 ,其它病原因子如猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒、细小病毒、衣原体、猪流感、肺炎支原体和胸膜肺炎放线杆菌等 ,或应激因素如营养元素缺乏、免疫刺激和较差的饲养管理等多种因素都可加重PCV2感染猪的病情 ,进而发展成临床症状和病理变化较明显的断奶后仔猪多系统综合征。 Porcine circovirus type 2 do harm to the immune system of the affected pigs and causing thymus atrophy,reduces the number of T cells and B cells,changes the quantity of many cytokines,for example,the quantity of Interleukin-10 goes up, while the quantity of interleukin-8 and interferon-γcome down. Cardiac cells,liver cells and macrophages are the target cell of PCV2 at the embryonic stage,while the macrophage is the only target cell after birth.So we deduce that the immunological competence of the PCV2-affected pig declines,and the affected pigs are in sub-healthy state;other pathogenic factors such as porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrom virus,porcine parvovirus,chlamydia,swine influenza virus,mycoplasma pneumoniae,actinobacillus pleuropneumonia and stresses such as nutrient elements deficiency,immunity stimulation and poor nutrition and management all can aggravate the state of illness,thus the affected pigs will develop into a series of porcine circovirus-associated dieases such as PMWS,PDNS,which have evident clinical symptoms and pathologic changes.
