摘 要: 本文着重于二十世纪五十年代初期社会变迁的大背景,以史实叙述的方式,分析中央人民政府教育部大学改革的指导思想和方针政策的演变,并具体考察院系调整政策从形成到实践的过程,试图揭示社会转型对教育的冲击和影响。 This paper traces the evolution of the guiding principles and policies adopted by the Ministry of Education in reforming universities in 1950s. The process of institute and department reorganization which characterized the reform is studied against the backdrop of the social and political changes in 1950s. It is the author's hope to reveal the impact of the social and political changes on education.
