摘　　要： 维新时期，湖南有识之士面对列强的侵略，开始逐步摆脱过去的盲目排外思想，主张“文明排外”。“文明排外”是维新时期湖南的一种重要思想，也是一种新式的反帝武器。从其思想内容上看，主要体现在宗教、对外交涉、经济、思想意识四个层面。 During the Reformation Movement, with the invasion of the big powers, the men of insight in Hunan advocated the thought of civil antiforeignism, instead of blind opposition to everything foreign. ' Civil Antiforeignism' is not only an important thought but also a new weapon against the imperalists in that period. It contains ideas concerning religion, diplomacy, economy and ideology.
