摘 要: 对大型球罐内部喷射燃烧整体热处理时 ,在有、无反射板的条件下对整体热处理内部流场分别进行了数值模拟 ,通过对其计算结果的对比分析发现 ,由于反射板的安装 ,使得球罐内部气流循环得到加强 ,球罐上、下内壁面温差及局部壁面温度梯度都有所降低 ,从而提高了球罐整体热处理质量 。 Numerical simulation for the flow within a large spherical tank caused by injection combustion, which is used as the normal method for whole-body heat treatment of a large spherical tank, has been performed under both with and without baffle-board mounted within the tank. It shows that with the mounting of the baffle-broad, the circulation of combustion flow has been reinforced, and maximum temperature difference between the upper and down inner wall, even the temperature gradient at local areas has been decreased, which results to the improved quality of heat treatment for the large spherical tank, and also satisfies the technical requirements of the whole body heat treatment of large spherical tanks.
