摘 要: 设计将微乳体系既作为制备纳米粒子的反应介质 ,又作为云母的表面改性体系 ,进行了云母钛珠光颜料的制备研究。XRD和SEM分析结果表明 ,所制产品为 10~ 3 0nm的二氧化钛粒子呈球形均匀包覆于云母基质表面 ,EDS的测定结果表明 ,TiO2 的包覆率约为2 1 9%。 Microemulsion system was designed not only as reaction medium for preparation of nano particles,but also as surface modifying system for the muscovite powder,a new process was studied to prepare-mica titania pearlescent pigment.The results of XRD and SEM showed that TiO 2 with size of 10~30 nm and shape of sphericity is coated on the surface of muscovite base evenly, and its coating rate is about 21 9%.
