摘　　要： 评述了有关生物分子中孤子的理论和实验。指出在生物体内能量和信息的传输过程中孤子可能起着非常重要的作用,但生物分子中孤子是否存在还需理论和实验的进一步证明。 The theory and the experiments about solitons in biomolecules, especially in DNA and a-helical proteins, are reviewed. It is suggested that the solitons may play an important role in transfer of information aad energy in living things.
