摘 要: 提供一种采用常规仪器紫外-可见分光光度计分析复合镀层中纳米微粒含量的测定方法。主要介绍采用紫外-可见分光光度法测定复合镀层的酸性溶解液(4种不同酸性溶液)中纳米三氧化二铝的含量的测定方法和实验结果,并将本方法与重量分析法进行对比。结果表明,这些体系均存在空白液吸光度很低、工作液吸光度较高的较大的波长区间,是分光光度分析法中理想的测定体系;所对应的标准曲线线性的相关系数均大于0.98;其平均相对误差(2.15%)远远小于重量分析法(98.23%),且比重量分析法(2d)省时(<1h)。 The determination method of nanometer particles content in composite coating is provided.The determination and result of nanometer Al_2O_3 content in acidic solution of composite plating (4 kind of acidic solution)by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry are mainly introduced.The results show that the determination system is within the scope of widen wave length with low absorbency in blank solution and high absorbency in working solution.This system is an ideal system for the determination of spectrophotometry and their linear correlation coefficients of corresponding standard cuve are higher than 0.98,average relative error is 2.15%(gravimetry is 98.23%)and the determination time is less than 1 h.
