摘　　要： 在分析城市物流信息平台目标功能的基础上 ,提出由政府和企业共建 ,包含政府部门管理层、企业增值服务层和共享信息层 3层架构的城市物流信息平台 ,着重分析了平台的体系结构、物流相关部门和企业在信息平台建设中的责任与权益 。 Based on analysis of the aims of city logistics information systems, this paper puts forward city logistics information system, including government management, services about enterprise increment and sharing the information. It mainly analyzes the strategic targets and the functional demand of the development of logistics information systems. Moreover, this paper explains the structure of logistics information systems, the responsibilities and obligations of all logistics participants including logistics departments and logistics enterprises, and constructing strategies.
