摘 要: 研究了铈基混合稀土对砂型铸造ZnAl-12组织及冲击韧性的影响。稀土能够细化晶粒,改变组织形态,吸附有害杂质铁元素;稀土加入量约0.12wt%时可提高冲击韧性1倍左右。 The effect of rare earth elements (RE) on the structure and impact toughness of sandcast ZnAl-12 was investigated. RE can refine and modify the structure,absorb the impurity Fe element. The impact toughness of this alloy containing 0.12wt% RE is about two times that of the RE-free alloy.
