摘 要: 县级调度操作票一般为调度操作任务票,一套调度任务票往往会涉及多个变电站。由于调度任务票涉及的设备运行状态和元件逻辑关系比具有严格逻辑关系的倒闸操作要复杂得多,因此增加了研发智能型调度操作任务票系统软件的复杂性与难度。以电网的实时拓扑信息和实时潮流为基础,对智能操作票系统建立了通用的认知模型和分层的推理结构,使系统具有良好的通用性和智能性。 Operation ticket of rural power network is always used for dispatching operation order. A set of dispatching order operation tickets can dispatch several power substations. The state and the logic connection of devices in dispatching order operation ticket are more complex than the scheduled operation ticket which is used for operating a single power station. So it is more difficult to work out an intelligent software for dispatching order operation ticket system. Based on real-time topology information and the power flow of rural network, this paper has developed a general cognitive model and a delaminate inference construction for operation ticket expert system. So the ability of universality and intelligence of this system is verified.
