摘 要: 通过对国内 2 6所高校图书馆网络信息服务的内容、形式进行分析 ,指出我国高校图书馆的网络服务存在着服务层次、深度有欠缺 ,信息资源获取有障碍 ,资源共建共享差强人意等不足 ,提出遵循“用户为本”的思想 ,对用户实行分级服务 ,个性化服务 ,加强网络参考咨询 。 The writer analyses the contents and the forms of the web information services in 26 domestic university libraries. And it points out the weak points lying in the web services of the home university libraries, such as lack of gradation and depth of the service, disorders of obtaining information resources, and the resource sharing and joint development is inadequate. Besides, suggestions are made for improvement of the work, that is we should follow the user oriented policy, supply users with classified and individualized services, strengthen the web reference and deepen the joint construction and sharing of the information resources.
