摘 要: 本着节能降耗和提高产质量的目的,结合理论分析与生产实际,提出并总结了中小型水泥厂中常见的覫2.2m×6.5m球磨机技术改造的几种可能途径:(1)增加磨外预破碎装置,减小入磨物料粒度;(2)优化与改造磨机内部结构;(3)使用串联磨系统;(4)改造或更换选粉机;(5)粉磨硅酸盐水泥和普通硅酸盐水泥时使用助磨剂。上述方法应用于实际生产中均已取得了较好的技术经济效果。 For the purpose of saving energy, lowering consumption and improving both outlet and quality of products, several available measures for the conversion of φ2.2 m×6.5 m ball mill are summarized and proposed in this paper: (1) adding pre-crushing equipments so as to minimize the grain size of materials before grinding; (2) improving and optimizing the inner structure of mill; (3) using series-wound grinding system; (4) improving or changing separator; (5) using grinding aids in the production of Portland cement or ordinary Portland cement. Both technical and economical benefits have been acquired by using the above measures .
