摘 要: 对南方电网 2005 年规划方案进行了可靠性充裕度评估,评估的目标系统元件数量达到 1437 个。指出多重发电机元件故障是 2005 年南方电网经常出现的问题,应保证足够多的事故备用及负荷备用容量,计算了系统可靠性指标和节点可靠性指标,找到了系统的可靠性薄弱环节,通过计算联网各方的分区可靠性指标得知广东电网的可靠性水平是最差的,有必要增加广东电网的机组事故备用容量。 In 2005, South China Electric Power Grid will become the large-scale AC/DC power system, which includes 'Five-AC/Three-DC' transmission lines to transfer power from West China to East China. The reliability adequacy evaluation is studied based on the 2005's planning data of South China Electric Power Grid, which includes 1437 components. The system state sample results show that the often occurred multiple generator faults will be the major trouble in the power grid that time, so it is necessary to provide enough fault reserve to improve the reliability. A series of reliability indices are proposed. The system reliability indices, the load bus reliability indices and the area reliability indices are calculated. The weaknesses of the system are pointed out and the suggestions to improve the reliability level of the power grid are given.
