摘 要: 通过不同刀具悬伸量条件下高速铣削淬硬模具材料的实验研究 ,记录和分析了铣削过程中切削力、振动、刀具后刀面磨损面积和表面粗糙度的变化 ,优选刀具悬伸量。通过刀具的合理使用 。 Based on the high-speed milling experiments of hardened steel with different extended length of tool, the cutting force, cutting vibration, tool wear are and surface roughness are measured and analyzed. The extended length of tool is optimized. The ability of tool can be enhanced by reasonable use.
