摘 要: 阐述了供电局输电线路管理信息系统MIS(ManagementInformationSystem)系统结构及功能模块分析、数据库、系统平台3个方面的设计。提出系统结构设计采用工程原型法;数据库作为MIS的核心和基础,采用MicrosoftSQLServer2000开发;系统平台采用客户机/服务器结构,并从操作系统、开发平台、网络平台及其实现方式加以详细说明。介绍了一个输电线路MIS开发、设计的实例,实际应用表明,输电线路MIS对输电管理部门的业务流程控制、信息资源共享以及科学管理发挥了作用,该系统设计可行。 The power transmission line MIS ( Management Information System ) is expounded with the design of system frame and the function module analysis ,database and system platform.The engi - neering prototyping method is used in the system frame design.The database ,as the core and base of MIS ,is developed with Microsoft SQL Server2000.The system platform ,which is based on client / server structure ,is described from operating system ,development platform ,network platform and their implementations.With a practical transmission line MIS as an example ,its application shows its effect on the business flow control ,information resource sharing and scientific management of power trans - mission management department ,which verifies its feasibility.
