摘 要: 文中建立了电力调度系统中综合令(即只涉及到一次设备初、末状态的调度命令)的网络化审批流程,在此基础上开发了调度联网发令系统,以该系统为核心,结合智能图形界面、数据库以及系统的管理和维护,建立了网络化调度操作平台。并通过引入数字防伪签名技术、基于角色存取控制的权限设置以及软件逻辑闭锁,解决了电力调度网络审批的安全问题。 The authors built up a network based examining and approving flowchart for a kind of special switching orders in dispatching system which were only concerned in the initial and last situations of primary equipments. On this basis a Web publication system for this kind of orders was developed. Taking this system as the kernel and combining with intelligent graphic interface, database and the management and maintenance of this system, a dispatching platform for this kind of orders based on network was established. Adopting the digital signature, the access setting authority based on roles and software logical lockout, the security problem of examination and approval in power dispatching based on network could be ensured.
