摘　　要： 本文介绍用PLC改造X62W铣床继电器控制电路 ,详细阐述了改造设计方案。根据X62W铣床继电器控制电路的组成 ,确定PLC的输入输出点数 ,并进行PLC型号选择 ,I O地址分配及I O接线。根据其继电器控制电路的工作原理 ,进行系统程序设计。 This paper presents the reconstruction of the relay control circuit with PLC for the X62W miller. The determination of PLC I/O counts, the selection of PLC type, I/O address assignment and I/O wiring are discussed,and the system program design is also given.
