摘　　要： 为了保证某炼油厂催化装置再生器的安全运行,利用有限元法对该再生器φ8000和φ7200圆筒间过渡段的应力进行了分析,并与运行过程中该段应力测试结果进行比较,其规律相符,表明有限元计算结果是正确的。根据现场操作条件,对再生器进行了强度校核,当再生器实际壁温控制在200℃以下满足强度条件,设备可以安全运行。从1990年全国压力容器标准化委员会对该再生器进行强度分析评定合格至今,严格保证设备运行条件,该设备一直安全运行。本文的工作从理论和实验上为再生器的安全运行提供了可靠的保证。 This paper analyses the stress of changing radius region between φ8000 and φ7200 with limited unit method.Compared with the results of practical measure,the regular pattern was much more correspond to the calculated results,which has proved that the calculated results was correct.When the actual wall temperature was under 200℃,the regenerator contented to the strength criterion,the equipment could run in safety.Since 1990,evaluated by CNSCPV,the equipment has been runing in safety.This paper has provided the theory to ensure regenerator of FCCU running in safety.
