摘 要: 使用多羟基磺化剂对碱木素进行改性 ,制备木素磺酸钠水泥减水剂 ,通过对改性工艺的优化 ,确定最佳的工艺条件为 :将含固量 4 0 %的含木质素黑液 ,调节 pH值到 12 ,升高温度到 6 0℃ ,加入黑液质量分数为 1%的浓度为 30 %的过氧化氢 ,反应 2 0min ,升温到 12 0℃ ,加入黑液质量分数 9%的多羟基磺化剂 ,磺化 3h。 The water-reducing agent of sodium lignosulphonate was prepared by sulphonation modification of alkali lignin with multi-hydroxyl sulphonating agent. And, the optimization tests were conducted regarding the preparation procedures. The resultant sodium lignosulphonate was prepared by two steps. Step 1, the black liquor with 40% of solid content was oxidized with 30% of H 2O 2 for 20 min under the conditions of 12 of pH value and 60 ℃ of reaction temperature. Step 2, the sodium lignosulphonate was prepared by sulphonation of the oxidized product for 3 h under the reaction temperature of 120 ℃ with the sulphonating agent. The performances of the modified product were similar to the market products of calcium lignosulphonate.
