摘　　要： 德方鼎铭文中最难懂的一句话是“自蒿”,对此,郭沫若、马承源、白川静、唐兰四家都做过解释。本文认为,以往的解释都不能令人满意。本文对该句进行了新的阐释,并对全篇铭文做了今译。 The most difficult sentence in the inscriptions on a bronze vessel known as the De Fangding reads The article Chinese appears fromas follows: '祼自蒿'. GuoMoruo, Ma Chengyuan, Shirokawa Shizuka and Tang Lan, the four scholars have page 43 to 48.all offered interpretations of this line, but this author argues that none of these interpretations has beensatisfactory. The author also offers a new translation of this line, as well as a modern translation of the entireinscriptions.
