摘 要: 对合成亚砜MSO萃取钯与铂性能的研究表明,萃取时间、相比、萃取剂酸度及钯与铂的浓度比对钯、铂萃取率都有影响。在控制料液酸度和MSO浓度的条件下可有效地萃取分离钯与铂。也考察了氯化铵的氨水溶液反萃取钯的适宜条件。 The examination results show that palladium can be separated from platinum by solvent (extraction) with synthetic sulfoxide MSO. Several factors work on extraction percentage of palladium and platinum, which including extraction time, ratio of phases, concentration of synthetic MSO, (concentration) of hydrogen ion and concentration ratio of palladium and platinum in feed.Palladium and platinum can be extracted and separated if acid concentration in water phase and MSO concentration in organic phase are controlled well. Suitable conditions of stripping palladium with ammonium chloride-(ammonia) solution are also studied.
