摘 要: 对水泥生产中广泛使用的双喷腾分解(dualcombustionanddenitrationprocess,DD)炉系统进行了3维数值模拟研究。研究和分析了分解炉中煤粉燃烧和碳酸钙分解之间的质量和能量的耦合问题。在前人研究的基础上运用适用于工业研究的碳酸钙分解模型,对其传热传质过程进行了深入研究,为工业研究分解炉中煤粉燃烧和碳酸钙分解之间的耦合问题提供了理论依据。 A 3D numerical simulation study was performed to simulate the physical and chemical process in dual combustion and denitration (DD) process precalciner which is widely used in cement production. The coupling relation of mass and energy between coal combustion and calcium carbonate decomposition was studied and analyzed deeply. A calcium carbonate decomposition model applicable for industrial analysis was developed based on the previous work, and the process of mass and heat transfer was analyzed deeply. Results of numerical simulation provide theory information for industrial analysis of the coupling relation between coal combustion and calcium carbonate decomposition.
