摘　　要： 介绍了“基于知识的汽轮发电机组在线工况监测与故障诊断系统(简称KBTMD)”中的知识库管理系统(KBMS),知识的表达方式及知识获取,提出了知识库的静态维护和动态维护的新概念,并以规则库为例作了说明. A Knowledge Base Management System (KBMS) for a turboalternator on-line monitoring and diagnostic system is described. The knowledge representation and knowledge acquisition are discussed. The new concept of static maintenance and dynamic maintenance for the knowledge base are proposed and explained with the base of rules as an example.
