摘 要: 为了对集成度高、体积小的单片机系统中的监控程序的容错能力进行考查和验证,提出了硬件控制中断,软件故障注入的新方法。实验结果证明,此故障注入方法成功的模拟了单粒子事件对系统的影响,并成功对系统注入故障,和传统的硬件故障注入法、软件注入法相比,此方法具有操作简单、易控制注入故障深度、实时注入、在线监控分析等突出优点。 In accordance with the test of monitor and control system based on microcontroller which is integrated and small, the design is contrived by using both interrupt and soft injection methods. The conclusion proved that this kind of fault injection system simulates the effect of SEU successfully. In compare with traditional software or hardware fault inject method, the merits of this faulty injector are easy operation and control, real-time injection and online analysis etc.
