摘 要: 二次纤维的脱墨是一个复杂的物理化学过程,影响脱墨浆质量与性能的因素除了废纸种类、脱墨剂种类外,所采用的设备及流程组合也是非常重要的因素。作者在文中介绍了几种新型油墨印刷纸的脱墨以及目前常见脱墨剂的研究与应用情况,着重分析了脱墨过程中的一些关键操作环节及设备的选用对脱墨浆质量与性能的影响。 The deinking of secondary fibers is a very complex processing including much knowledge related to physics and chemistry. The main factors that affecting the quality of the deinked pulps may be secondary fiber species , deinking chemicals, the types of the processing equipments and the technology linkage manner of the deinking equipments. In this paper, three important problems related to deinking process were mentioned. Firstly, the relevant knowledge of printing inks of some new kinds of prints and their deinking experiences were introduced. Secondaly, the categories of deinking additives and their technical development related to investigation and application in deinking process were mentioned. Finally, some key technology processes for example disintegrating of the recycles, screenning, cleaning, flotation and thermal dispersing of the deinked pulp that crucial to deinked pulp's quality were analysed especially.
