摘 要: 本文介绍了电子抗抗器的原理、组成及实现方式。针对机器人用孤焊逆变器的特点,设计了两种形式的电子电抗器,用于改善机器人CO_2焊接过程的飞溅及焊缝成型问题。实验研究了这两种电子电抗器的调节优化范围。结果表明,模拟式电子电抗器响应速度快,电路结构简单,但参数调节范围窄;数字式电子电抗器响应速度稍慢,电路复杂,但功能强,可调节范围大,抗干扰性能好.这两种电子电抗器均可代替常规的带铁芯电抗器,用于机器人弧焊逆变器中,大幅度减少机器人CO_2焊的飞溅,改善成型,提高生产率. This paper introduces the principle,composition and realizing method ofelectronic reactance.According to the characteristic of robotic arc welding inverter,two kinds of electronic reactances are designed to improve the spatter and weld appear-ance in the process of robotic CO_2 welding.The experiment proves their optimalranges.The results show the anolog electronic reactance responses faster,the circuitconstrucion is simpler,but the parameter adjusting range narrower,the digital elec-tronic reactance responses slower,circuit construction compleser,but its functionstronger,and adjusting range wider,the anti—disturbance performence better.Thetwo kinds of electronic reactances can both replace the reactance with iron core and beused in robotic are welding inverter,significantly reduce spatter of robotic CO_2 weld-ing,make the appearance better and improve the productivity.
