摘 要: 表面粗糙度是评价产品精度和进行零件设计的技术要求之一,也是衡量切削加工性能的重要指标。对表面粗糙度的预报和控制,已受到国内、外研究学者的广泛关注。文中根据近几年来国内外研究进展情况,对表面粗糙度理论研究的相关问题进行了评述,并对今后研究的发展方向作了探讨。 Surface roughness is one of the marks in evaluating the product accuracy an d plays an important role in predicting the capability of machining performance. The p rediction and control of surface roughness have been paid more and more attentions by m any researchers. This paper reviews the sta te of the arts in theoretical researches of surface roughness for High-speed Machining (HSM) process, and discusses some key a spects in this field. At last, the existin g problems and developing trends in this fi eld are recited.
