摘 要: 以玉米淀粉、甲基丙烯酰氧基乙基三甲基氯化铵 (DMC)和丙烯酰胺 (AM)为主要原料 ,采用特殊工艺通过自由基共聚反应合成了阳离子淀粉。通过控制淀粉的用量、阳离子单体和丙烯酰胺的配比 ,合成出一系列阳离子淀粉 ,利用红外光谱及核磁共振谱对其进行了表征 ,并使用所合成的阳离子淀粉作为纸张增强剂 ,研究了共聚阳离子淀粉对纸张的增强作用。结果表明 ,阳离子淀粉对纸张的增强作用除与共聚组分淀粉、DMC和AM的配比有关外 ,还与该阳离子淀粉的分子结构密切相关。 In the paper,the cationic starch was synthesized with cornstarch methacryloyloxyethyl trimethylammonium chloride (DMC) and acrylamide (AM) by radical copolymerization with special technology.A series of cationic starches were synthesized by varying the amount of the starch and the ratio between DMC and AM.The cationic starches were characterized and analyzed by IR and 13 C-NMR.The reinforcing effects of the cationic starch on eucalyptus pulp were studied.The results showed that the reinforcing effects of the cationic starch were closely dependent on its molecular structure.
