摘　　要： 随着互联网的不断深入发展,远程教育已经进入人们的生活中。网络题库是远程教育的重要组成部分,借助现在流行的组件库概念和Java、XML等技术,针对传统的题库系统存在的通用性和开放性差的缺点,以XML作为通讯接口的定义语言,开发了一个通用的网络题库系统,并给出了该系统的主要实现技术。通过XML接口,可以轻松对资源库进行扩充。 With the development of internet, network education has come into our life. And the test-problem library system is one of the most important part of network education. The concepts of component and the technology of Java and XML are used. In the light of defects of interchangeability and no popularity in test-problem library system before, XML is used as description of communication to develop a test-problem library system and to give out the main technology of this system. With the interface of XML, it is easy to improve the test-problem library.
