摘　　要： 采用半连续种子乳液聚合法制备环氧-丙烯酸酯复合液。研究了环氧树脂种类及其用量、功能单体用量等对乳液及其涂膜性能的影响。研究表明采用总单体质量6%的环氧树脂E-44、2%的功能性单体MAA(甲基丙烯酸),可以得到综合性能优异的环氧-丙烯酸酯复合乳液。 Epoxy-acrylatehybrid emulsion wasprepared by way of semi-continuous seed emulsion polymerization. Effects ofcategory and contentof epoxy resin, contentoffunctional monomer(MAA)on the emulsion and its film were investigated. It was found that epoxy-acrylic hybrid emulsion with excellent comprehensive performance could be obtained with epoxy resin E-44 of6% total monomer mass and 2% functional monomerMAA.
