摘 要: 利用980nmLD前向泵浦方式,实现了L 波段信号的放大,在1560~1610nm波长范围内,小信号增益平均为11.1dB,增益波动小于1.0dB。利用插入附加泵浦激光提高增益的方法,在保持增益带宽和增益平坦度不变的情况下,分别插入-25dBm的1532和1551nm激光时,放大器的小信号增益平均为11.2dB和12.8dB。 A small signal average gain of 11.1 dB and the gain excursion low 1.0 dB is achieved with the forward pumping in the region from 1560 to 1610 nm. Taking into count the low gain, we utilize the way by inserting an auxiliary laser to enhance the small signal gain. With the same gain band and gain excursion, we achieve small signal average gain of 12.8 dB and 11.2 dB by inserting an -25 dBm signal in the wavelength of 1532 nm and 1551 nm, respectively.
