摘 要: 介绍了纳米SiO2制备的新工艺方法,Na2SiO3与盐酸在助剂的作用下生成的纳米SiO2乳液与天然胶乳共混共凝制得纳米SiO2/NR复合材料。通过改变工艺条件,控制乳液中纳米粒子的大小和分布,利用正交分析得出了最适宜的条件。结果表明,采用该工艺制备的纳米SiO2/NR复合材料的拉伸性能达到29.04MPa,撕裂强度达到56.88kN/m,性能得到较大的提高。 The article introduces the new method of preparing nano-silicate by deposition with HCl and according to the property of the composites prepared by nano-SiO2 latex with assistants and to mix and curdle with natural latex. Changing the positions to control the size and distribution of the nano-particles in latexto get the best positions. Result shows that the tensile strength of the nano-silicate/NR composites prepared by the new method gets to 29.04MPa,the tearing strength to 56.88kN/m,the property gets more increasing.
