摘　　要： 综述了影响印制电路板用液态UV感光成像油墨成膜的UV辐射固化装置及其最新的发展,以及涉及体系的感光预聚物、光引发剂、活性单体和热固性环氧树脂的发展状况。 With the rapid development of electric indusries, liquid UV photo-imageable ink for Printed Circuit Board has a great progress. This paper reviewed not noly the UV radiation curing device for ink curing and its latest progress, but also the development of the related photosensitive prepolymer, photoinitiator, reactive monomer and epoxy resin.
