摘　　要： 树立科学人才观是全国人才工作会议的一个亮点,准确理解和把握科学人才观对我们进一步作好人才工作有着非常重要的现实意义。惠州市的人才工作应坚决破除旧观念,树立科学人才观;以改革创新为动力,营造良好的人才环境;加大三支人才队伍的培养,推进各类人才队伍建设。 The establishment of the scientific view of talents is the bright point at this year's nlational conference on Talent Affair,which guides the direction of the work of personnel.The accurate comprehension and understanding of the scientific view of talents is of great realistic significance for the further operation of the talent work.Based on this view,the author makes some analysis relating to the priority of applying the scientific view of talents into practice,hoping it has implications and lessons to draw from in the process of practising the scientific view in the country's small and middle-sized cities.
