摘　　要： 针对电子公文系统的文档安全性和功能复杂性问题 ,利用混合密码体制和数字签名技术解决了电子公文的安全性 ,同时利用 COM组件化技术使整个电子公文系统实用、灵活高效。整个系统无缝集成到微软办公软件 Word中。 Against the problem of the security and complexity of the electronic document, we propose a method of combining the hybrid cryptosystem and digital signature, and for the practicality and flexility, We use the technique of component object model We integrate seamlessly this system into the microsoft word software
