摘 要: 针对传统的机构故障诊断系统使用范围窄、通用性差、灵活性不足,且各诊断系统相互独立、无法进行信息交互等问题,提出构建Internet环境下具有高度开放性的分布式体系结构的故障诊断系统,解决上述存在的"孤岛"效应;研究了多代理故障诊断系统"软件总线"的建立方法,传统故障诊断系统的改造等关键问题;通过组建基于Web的多代理故障诊断系统,并且对转子实验台故障数据进行分析诊断,表明了该系统在提高已有诊断系统的利用率、改善诊断精度、减少重复开发、降低诊断费用,以及远程诊断等方面的显著作用。 In view of the sortcoming of the traditional fault diagnosis system,such as the narrow use span,the weak general feature etc,distributed multi-agent fault diagnosis architecture is introduced in the paper which bases on the internet and is highly open and can figure out the above problem.The paper studies the constitution method of software bus,as well as how to construct the control center of fault diagnosis and utilize the traditional diagnosis system is probed into also.By building the multi-agent system based on the Web and experiment,it is shown that the scheme is effective.It resolves the problem of the isolated diagnosis resource and implements long-distance fault diagnosis on the Web.
