摘 要: 探索了提高目标物成像纵向、横向分辨率的途径,利用图像恢复的基本原理增强光学层析成像的图像,由模拟得到FSD(Fourier自去卷积)所必需的点扩展函数,然后进行图像重组和图像处理工作,使图像取得更好的锐化、去噪的效果. Way are explored to improve the longitudinal and transverse resolutions of the optical tomography. Some basic technologies of image reconstruction are used to enhance its image. The point-spread function σ, which is necessary for the FSD(Fourier self-deconvolution), is obtained in the experimental measurement. Then, it is used to reconstruct and process image so that the image can become sharper and cleaner.
