摘　　要： 倾销与损害以及两者之间的因果关系是倾销构成确定的重要因素。我国《反倾销条例》对于倾销与损害的认定及因果关系的构成做出了较明确的规定 ,但仍然存在诸多不足 ,文章剖析 WTO《反倾销协议》及欧美反倾销立法有关规定 。 Dumping and injury and causality of them are of great significance to the determination of dumping constitution. They are stipulated explicitly in anti-dumping regulations of China, while shortcomings exist yet. With dissecting agreement on anti-dumping of WTO and stipulations of Euro and America, proposals are advanced to the perfection of ant-dumping law of China.
