摘 要: 利用改良的Baker Venkatarama重排法,以乙酰芳基酚为原料,经过二步反应合成了7 羟基黄酮(3a)和7,8 二羟基黄酮(3b).通过对7 羟基黄酮和7,8 二羟基黄酮A环酚羟基的结构修饰,分别合成了三个7位取代和二个含苯并二氧杂环的新黄酮衍生物(4 6,7a,7b).所合成化合物的结构已由MS,1HNMR,IR等波谱方法所证实. 7-hydroxylflavone (3a) and 7,8-dihydroxyflavone (3b) were synthesized starting from acetyl aryl phenols in a two-step reaction in the improved Baker-Venkatarama rearragement synthetic method of flavones. Then, three new flavone derivatives (4-6) with 7-substituted flavones and two new flavone derivatives(7a, 7b) containing benzodioxane heterocyclas were synthesized by modifying the phenolic hydroxyl in A-ring of 7-hydroxylflavone and 7,8-dihydroxyflavone. All of these synthesized flavone compounds were proved in MS, 1HNMR and IR spectroscopic methods.
