摘 要: 本文报道了斯氏线虫对进境原木上长林小蠹的生物防治试验。结果表明 ,斯氏线虫对长林小蠹的侵染力较强。通过毒力测定 ,斯氏线虫对长林小蠹 3龄幼虫的LD50、LD99分别为 2 1、4 32 (条 头 ) ,而对蛹的LD50 、LD99分别为 1 2、2 30 (条 头 )。在寄生强度测定中 ,斯氏线虫与长林小蠹 3龄幼虫仅接触 0 5h ,每虫就可被侵入 1 6条线虫 ,1 2h寄生的死亡率达到 90 % ,2 4h寄生的死亡率为 1 0 0 %。斯氏线虫对长林小蠹表现出较高的致病性和寄生性。斯氏线虫在室内以浸泡法和淋施法防治长林小蠹的效果较好。 This paper reports the biological control of Steinernema feltiaeagainst Hylurgus ligniperda on the entry log. The results show that Steinernema feltiae was fonud to have higher infectivity against Hylurgus ligniperda.The virulence measure indicates that LD 50?LD 99 to the third instar larva are respectively 21?432 (juveniles/larva), and to the pupa are 12?230 (juveniles/pupa). When Hylurgus ligniperdalarvae were only inoculated with Steinernema feltiaefor 0.5h, a larva was parasitized with 1.6 nematodes. The mortality was 100% at 24 hours inoculated. The pathogenicity and parasitisim of Steinernema feltiaeare very strong. The control effect of using Steinernema feltiaeby marinating and pouring is better than by spraying in the laboratory.
