摘 要: 研究了香茅油β-环糊精包合物的制备方法,通过红外光谱法对包合物进行理化鉴别,发现包合物的红外光谱与混合物的谱图具有较显著的差异,考察了溶媒、温度等因素对包埋率的影响.采用β-环糊精作为新型的辅料,在开发药物新剂型等方面有广泛的研究,而包合作为新的技术在日用香料领域进行探索,也是一项有意义的工作. This paper is to study the preparation process of microencapsulation of the citronella oil. By using infrared spectra as an evaluation, it is found that there is a significant difference between the infrared spectrum of the inclusion compound and inclusion mixture. The factors (such as mediating agent, temperation,etc.)affecting the rate of the inclusion were discussed. β-cyclodextrin , a new kind of accessories, has been extensively studied in the medical field. Besides,the study of βc-cyclodextrin inclusion as a new technology in spice industry is valuable.
