摘 要: 为提高玻璃纤维毡增强热塑性复合材料(简称GMT)的表面质量,将无机填料颗粒与连续玻璃纤维毡组合增强聚丙烯。研究了无机填料的含量、种类、填料粒径对GMT制品表面收缩、凹斑和光泽度的影响,测试了无机填料填充的GMT的力学性能。结果表明,加入无机填料可有效解决GMT制品露毡问题,减小了表面收缩凹斑,提高了制品表面光泽度。无机填料对GMT力学性能的影响与填料种类有关,可根据需求加以选择。 In order to improve the surface quality of GMT products,combinations of some non-organic filling particles and continuous glass -fiber felt result in enhanced PP.This paper presents the researches about impacts of the contents,kinds,particle sizes of non -organic filling on surface shrinkage,sunken spots and smoothness of GMT products.The mechanical properties of GMT filled with non-organic fillings are also tested.The results have shown that addition of non -organic filling might effectively solve the problems of felt disclosure,decrease the surface shrinkage cave spots and improve the product smoothness.The effect of non-organic filling on mechanical properties of GMT is related with the kinds of fillings,and the filling material can be selected according to the property requirements.
