摘 要: 以非贵金属Cu、Fe、Mn、Ce为主要活性成分和TiO2、γ-Al2O3为载体制备催化剂,在高温高压下进行催化湿式氧化处理糖蜜酒精废液的试验,考察了载体、焙烧温度、成分配比对催化剂催化活性与稳定性的影响。结果表明:催化剂Fe-Mn/γ-Al2O3(摩尔比3:1:1)的催化效果好,金属离子溶出量低,且连续使用效果也较好。 Several composite catalysts were prepared for treating molasses alcohol wastewater by catalytic wet air oxidation (CWAO). Cu, Fe, Mn and Ce were employed as active components into these catalysts, with TiO2 and γ-Al2O3 as carriers. The effects of carrier, toasting temperature and ingredient on the catalytic activity and stability were evaluated. The results show that Fe-Mn/γ-Al2O3 (3:1:1 of molecular ratio) catalyst is the best one among the catalysts prepared. The leaching of metal ions from this catalyst is low. Its catalytic activity remained high in the repeated tests.
