摘 要: 采用Monsanto加工性能试验机,考察了由天然橡胶、丁苯橡胶和助剂配炼的工业用混炼胶在挤出过程中毛细管口型入口角(2α)对其熔体流动行为的影响。试验发现,在剪切速率(γ_w)为10~2~10~3 s^1和90~120℃下,当2α小于试样熔体入口自然收敛角(2θ_0)时,熔体的剪切粘度(η_w)及剪切应力(σ_(12))_w随着2α的增加而减小;反之,η_w和(σ_(12))_w则随着2α的增加而增大。当2α较小时,试样η_w对γ_w较为敏感;反之则容易诱发试样熔体不稳定流动。 The effects of capillaries with entrance angles (2α) on the flow behavior for rubber compounds by mixing NR and SBR rubber with some additives such as carbon black , oxidative zinc and stearic acid , with Monsanto processability tester , were investigated . It was found that , when shear rate (γw) was 102-103s-1 and temperature 90 - 120°C, 2α was smaller than 75 °, the shear viscosity (ηw) and the shear stress (σ12)w of the sample meltdecreased with increasing 2α, while ηw and (σ12)w increased somewhat with increasing 2α as 2α was greater than 75° . The smaller the 2 α was , the more evident the influences of γw on ηw was in the test temperatures .
