摘 要: 翻译质量评估不能尽如人意,其原因是,对翻译质量的判断大多基于若隐若现的美学,因而带有印象主义的色彩,常常自相矛盾.本文试图提出一个实证主义的质量评估模式,此模式基于如下客观性的参数:语篇类型、形式对等、主位连贯、语用对等和词汇特性.可以将其应用到广告语篇分析中,显现对应与不对应与之处,以检测此模式有效度. Translation quality assessment has been dissatisfactory due to impressionistic and often paradoxical judgments based on elusive aesthetics. This paper seeks to develop an empirical model for quality assessment based on objective parameters of textual typology, formal correspondence, thematic coherence, pragmatic equivalence and lexical properties. This model is tested for its validity by applying it to the textual analysis of an evocative text (an advertisement) with the aim of highlighting points of correspondence and divergence.
