摘 要: 通过对企鹅珍珠贝、马氏珠母贝外套膜组织及粘液进行垂直板状聚丙烯酰胺梯度凝胶电泳分离 ,分析这 2种珍珠贝的粘液蛋白和外套膜的SOD、MDH、EST、LDH同工酶谱带。结果表明 ,2种珍珠贝同工酶的表达 ,既呈现出明显差异 ,又有一些相似的特征。对比粘液的蛋白谱带和其同工酶谱带 ,发现主要的蛋白带具有明显的SOD酶活性。 The electrophoreto grams of isozymes (SOD,MDH,EST,LDH) from mantle tissue and mucous of 2 valuable pearl oyster, Pinctada martensii Dunker and Pteria(Magnavicula) penguin Rding, were analyzed by vertical polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The resul t showed that polymorphisms in the protein electrophoresis phenotypes meanwhile some correlated characters were observed among the two species. By comparing the bands of protein and isozyme in mucous,the SOD activity was detected in the ma in bands of protein.
