摘 要: 应用猪瘟病毒特异性引物A1/A2进行RT-PCR反应,对1999年11月至2001年1月期间来自广西16个市县、19个养猪场的58份疑似猪瘟病料进行了检测,证明其中34份为阳性,阳性率为58.62%。 In this study using reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR), a pair of primers A1/A2 specific for hog cholera virus (HCV) was used to detect clinical samples from 19 farms in 16 cities/counties of Guangxi during November 1999 to January 2001. The results showed that 34 of 58 samples were positive and the positive rates was 58.62%.
