摘 要: 以海洋皇马铃型银杏种子(GingkobilobaL.)为试材,就蔗糖脂肪酸酯、乳化石蜡、乳化川蜡、淀粉和虫胶等膜剂对银杏种子贮藏期间硬化的影响进行了研究,同时对贮藏期间细胞膜透性、α 淀粉酶和β 淀粉酶活性等指标进行了测定,并对涂膜处理的抑制硬化机理进行了初步探讨.结果表明,质量分数0 03的乳化川蜡加入质量分数0 01的乳化石蜡并以质量分数0 003的虫胶为助剂是银杏种子较为合适的贮前涂膜处理方法. The seeds of Ginkgo biloba L. coated with different methods and stored at room temperature were used to study the effects of coating ways on desiccation. Respiration intensities, α-mylase and β-mylase activities, cell membrane permeability were measured. The experimental results showed that coating with emulsified, Sichuan wax 30 g/L and paraffin 10 g/L resulted in an optimal effect on desiccation.
